Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the management and administration of a portfolio of clients.
- Responsibility for a team of administrators/accountants.
- Lead meetings to improve company efficiency.
- Supervise the team and manage complex cases.
- Ensure billing targets are met and oversee financial controls.
- Conduct staff reviews.
- Provide cover in leadership absence.
- Handle day-to-day operations for a diverse portfolio of companies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experienced manager of a team of corporate administrators/accountants.
- Strong financial discipline and experience of commercial aspects of leading a team of administrators/accountants.
- Experience in team delivery of services – bookkeeping, accounts preparation, tax calculations and filings, VAT, payroll and general company administration/cosec services.
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with proven post qualification experience – 5 Years+
- Good working knowledge of VAT and Corporation Tax.
- Company Secretarial/Governance experience.
- Client company directorship experience.
- Experience of working with Financial Services and FCA regulated clients and/or real estate clients (preferable).
- Experience of working with international clients.
- Team player and collaborative.
