I am supporting a popular primary school in Crawley that is looking to recruit a Primary Teacher on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an ECT ready to embark on their teaching career or an experienced teacher seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive and aspirational setting.

We are looking for a teacher with enthusiasm, creativity and a commitment to ensuring every child reaches their full potential. You will need strong behaviour management, good curriculum knowledge and the ability to differentiate effectively to support a range of abilities and needs.
