Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assemble PC systems to specification, including hardware installation and cable management and customer specific requirements
- Issuing correct licenses as per customer orders
- Perform system testing, quality checks, and validation procedures
- Maintain accurate records of builds, repairs, and stock usage
- Always follow health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in PC assembly, repair, or a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware (motherboards, CPUs, RAM, storage, GPUs, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic understanding of operating systems and software installation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing software
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (preferred but not essential)
