AMETEK is seeking a Manufacturing Cell Supervisor in Sunbury-on-Thames to lead the cell, coordinate scheduling with the Production Manager and Planner, and drive performance against SQCDP metrics.

You will provide guidance and coaching to the team and ensure training is identified and delivered to meet role requirements.

You will act as 5S Champion, run daily stand‑ups, monitor root causes from production data, review personnel development, and ensure adherence to Health & Safety.
