Responsibilities

  • Monitor a small, quiet regulation space and follow learning plans aligned with students' EHCPs.
  • Design proactive intervention plans and track students' behaviour and progress data.
  • Strategically contribute to inclusive whole‑school provision.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience supporting students with complex SEND and SEMH needs, ideally within an inclusion, nurture or mainstream setting.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour as communication, sensory processing needs, ASC and practical emotional‑regulation strategies.
  • Calm, patient, highly resilient approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with confidence to collaborate with staff, families and external professionals in a dynamic school environment.
