Responsibilities
- Monitor a small, quiet regulation space and follow learning plans aligned with students' EHCPs.
- Design proactive intervention plans and track students' behaviour and progress data.
- Strategically contribute to inclusive whole‑school provision.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience supporting students with complex SEND and SEMH needs, ideally within an inclusion, nurture or mainstream setting.
- Strong understanding of behaviour as communication, sensory processing needs, ASC and practical emotional‑regulation strategies.
- Calm, patient, highly resilient approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with confidence to collaborate with staff, families and external professionals in a dynamic school environment.
