A leader of client performance and strategy to join our senior leadership team and shape the next phase of Amersify’s growth. This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, team performance, and operational excellence. You’ll lead and develop our performance team, working closely on client strategy, campaigns and their growth. You’ll be expected to develop an excellent team — ensuring both people and performance reach their full potential. You’ll be the go-to strategic partner for key accounts, the escalation point for complex client needs, and the bridge between Amersify’s leadership vision and day-to-day delivery. This role is designed to build a high-performing, scalable client performance function that delivers outstanding client results — consistently.
