About Amersify
Amersify is a strategy-first Amazon growth consultancy. We don’t just run campaigns - we help brands understand their Amazon business, make smarter commercial decisions and then execute with precision. As AI, automation and Amazon’s own capabilities continue to reshape the marketplace, the brands that win will be those with the clearest strategy and the sharpest execution. That’s what we deliver.
We work with ambitious mid-market and enterprise brands as well as high-potential start-ups, acting as a genuine business partner rather than a traditional agency. Our team is small, focused and high-performing - and we’re looking for people who want to be part of building something, not just filling a seat.
The Role
This is a performance-first role. Your job is to drive exceptional Amazon advertising results across a portfolio of client accounts - planning, launching, optimising and scaling campaigns that hit real commercial targets. Reporting to the Senior Ads Manager and working closely with the Senior Strategy Manager, you will own the advertising execution layer while remaining tightly aligned to the wider strategic direction agreed for each client. You will be present and engaged in client interactions - your contribution is to ensure the performance data, insight and analysis that underpins strategic and tactical conversations is always accurate, well-prepared and genuinely useful.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to put their head down and manage bids. It’s a role for someone who wants to understand why campaigns are performing the way they are, spot what others might miss, and push for better outcomes continuously.
Who You Are
You’re an experienced Amazon advertising professional who takes genuine pride in performance. You’re not satisfied with ‘good enough’ and you don’t wait to be told what to fix. When something isn’t working, you say so and you come with a view on why and what to do about it. You’re curious about the craft - you follow platform changes, you experiment, you share what you’re learning with your team. You’re as comfortable working within a structure as you are questioning it when the structure isn’t serving the outcome. You can hold your own in a client conversation about performance – you know your accounts well enough to speak about them with confidence and clarity. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Amazon Advertising Management
- Plan, launch and manage Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and Amazon DSP where applicable.
- Own bid, budget, targeting and campaign structure decisions to drive meaningful performance improvement - not just incremental tweaks.
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis and audience expansion with a clear commercial rationale behind every action.
- Identify opportunities to scale what is working and act quickly to address what is not.
- Deliver agreed KPIs including ACOS, ROAS, conversion rate and CTR, and have a clear point of view when targets need revisiting.
- Client Engagement
- Maintain a professional and well-informed presence in client-facing interactions, including any bi-weekly or monthly client calls.
- Handle day-to-day client communication via email where appropriate, responding with accuracy and professionalism.
- Prepare monthly performance reports including MoM, YTD and target tracking - clear, honest and insight-led, not just a data dump.
- Contribute performance analysis and commentary to QBRs and half-year business reviews, which are planned and chaired by the Senior Ads Manager and Senior Strategy Manager.
- Proactively flag concerns, risks and opportunities internally - don’t wait to be asked.
- Performance & Commercial Insight
- Dig into account and advertising data to surface trends, risks and opportunities that aren’t obvious at first glance.
- Use advertising insights to drive better optimisation decisions and contribute meaningfully to wider account discussions.
- Share observations and recommendations that may have relevance beyond advertising activity, feeding these through to the Senior Ads Manager or Senior Strategy Manager.
- Keep advertising activity tightly aligned to the commercial objectives agreed for each account.
- Operational Excellence
- Work within Amersify’s advertising frameworks, SOPs and reporting standards - and actively help improve them when you see a better way.
- Keep account documentation, reporting and optimisation activity consistently accurate and up to date.
- Hold yourself to a high delivery standard across every account, not just the ones you enjoy most.
- Continuous Improvement
- Actively look for ways to work smarter - through automation, AI tools and emerging platform capabilities.
- Challenge processes that aren’t working and bring a solution, not just a complaint.
- Share what you’re learning openly - wins, failures and experiments all count.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the Senior Ads Manager on performance strategy and account development.
- Support the Senior Strategy Manager in translating strategic recommendations into precise advertising actions.
- Participate actively in account reviews, audits and team performance discussions.
- Share best practice with fellow APMs and contribute to raising the collective bar across the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns across Vendor and/or Seller accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, with a genuine understanding of how each fits into a broader advertising strategy.
- Experience managing five and six-figure advertising budgets with measurable results.
- A strategic mindset - you connect advertising decisions to commercial outcomes, not just platform metrics.
- Comfortable in a client-facing environment - you can speak confidently about performance without needing to be the most senior person in the room.
- Strong analytical ability with a habit of going beyond the surface of the data.
- Experience with advertising management platforms such as Pacvue, Adbrew, Helium 10 or similar - you use tools to get an edge, not just to automate the obvious.
- An honest, open communicator who will tell the team when something is working and when it isn’t.
- Proactive and self-directed - you don’t need to be chased to do great work.
- Genuinely interested in where Amazon advertising is heading, including AI, automation and emerging platform developments.
- Amazon DSP experience is advantageous but not essential.
What Does Success Look Like?
The APMs who thrive at Amersify have a few things in common. They care about the quality of their work. They speak up when something isn’t right rather than waiting for someone else to notice. They treat their accounts like they own them, even when a senior team member is leading the client relationship. They’re not looking to just execute a brief - they’re looking to make an impact. They want to understand the ‘why’ behind a client’s business, not just the ‘what’ of their campaign structure. And they actively make the people around them better by sharing what they know. If you’re someone who finds a sub-optimal campaign structure genuinely irritating, who tests things out of curiosity as much as necessity, and who measures your own success by outcomes rather than hours worked - you’ll fit in well here.
Why Join Amersify?
- Fully remote
- A small, ambitious team where your work is visible and your contribution actually matters.
- Real exposure to strategy - you’re not hidden behind an account manager, you’re sitting close to the commercial decisions.
- Quarterly team days in London
- A culture that invests in AI, automation and smarter ways of working - we’re not doing things manually because that’s how it’s always been done.
- Genuine career progression in a growing business - not a vague promise, but a structured path with clear milestones.

- Generous annual leave allowance.
- Ongoing training and development - we want you to keep getting better.
