Salary: The working salary ranges from £9,360 to £10,764 per annum. Range 11-12 on the College Pay Scales. Full-time equivalent salary ranges from £31,200 to £35,880 per annum.
Contractual hours: 10.5 hours per week (Part-time)
Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare innovative schemes of work, lesson plans and assessment schedules which motivate students to achieve.
- Plan and deliver highly effective learning programmes for diverse groups or individuals in a safe and inclusive environment, whilst also ensuring students are stretched and challenged to reach their full potential.
- Address the early-years needs of students and work creatively to overcome individual barriers to learning, both within and outside of the classroom.

Professional Development & Qualifications
The College actively engages with the Education & Training Foundation’s Taking Teaching Further scheme to recruit industry professionals to teach within Further Education. As industry professionals, you will receive full support to achieve Level 3 Award in Education and Training and may progress to the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification while in employment.
