Amersham Health Centre is seeking an experienced part-time Nurse Associate to join our friendly nurse team. The role is around 21 hours per week across Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, based in primary care in Amersham.
You will work under supervision within our GP practice, performing phlebotomy, health checks, chronic disease monitoring, wound care and immunisations, contributing to person-centred care and NHS Health Checks within a supportive team.
