AmeriSpec Inspection Services is interested in hiring a part-time home inspector. Do you have what it takes to be that person? AmeriSpec Inspection Services is looking to hire full-time or part-time already licensed home inspectors or individuals who are interested in becoming home inspectors through our industry best intern program!
Position
As a highly trained and qualified residential inspector, you will perform residential inspections that meet and exceed current AmeriSpec standards. You will have all the necessary knowledge and resources to help clients understand the condition of all aspects of the biggest investment of their lives – their home.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Professionalism and meticulous attention-to-detail
- Advanced sense of observation
- Proficient computer skills using email and other everyday computer programs
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license & insurance
Responsibilities
- Learn about services offered by AmeriSpec Inspection Services
- Availability to work weekdays
- Availability to work some weekday evenings and some weekends
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Must be able to do physically active work (such as climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, as well as stand for long periods of time)
