Establish clear metrics for success to measure the effectiveness of pharmacy operations As projects and pilots evolve and are approved to move into business as usual develop comprehensive plans to embed from project status to ongoing operations. Build strong plans to establish as status quo. Maximize resource utilization, including staff, technology, and inventory, to eliminate waste and reduce costs. Evaluate instore end to end processes to eradicate non-value adding activities, synergise duplication and introduce new smart processes. Deploy pharmacy productivity measure tools across all market to improve efficiency and free-up time for customer centric activities Improve the sales force efficiency through the deployment of the B2B CRM tool provided by SalesForce. Expand the deployment across all markets and maintain Spain as the centre of excellence ensuring it evolves and is market leading. Ensure country deployment through assessment of KPIs. Understand the visit cycle planning and execution to share learnings of efficiency, execution and effectiveness. 3. Execution: Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and reliability in service delivery. Potential to upgrade to ISO9001 Evaluate and assess the execution of marketing campaigns across the markets and work closely with local and divisional team to assess ROI and provide insights into opportunities and risks. Ensure the execution of category management in all markets to the desired level of execution supporting this with visual evidence. Also developing with Finance and Data teams supporting metrics on performance of relevant pharmacies and markets. Foster a culture of continuous improvement where staff are encouraged to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Encourage collaboration across departments to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency. 6. Risk Management and Compliance: Implement robust risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure countries working within OOC 16.3 framework . Educational Background: Industry Knowledge : Strong knowledge of network operations in pharmaceutical or FMCG ecosystems and experience in developing excellence across multi-site operations, ideally in multiple international markets.
