Job Details
This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Portfolio development â Support evaluation and onboarding of new vendors and packaging solutions at a global and regional level; work with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial, operational, and quality objectives are met.
- Project management â Drive management and execution of specific packagingâspecific initiatives including product launches, operational enhancements, and vendor change implementation.
- Portfolio support â Create and maintain key resources used to position packaging products with customers, including technical, operational, and marketing documentation.
- Account support â Provide secondâline support to key customers, working closely with Sales and Customer Services to offer technical and subjectâmatter area input.

- Systems thinking mindset with the ability to understand and optimize interconnected deliverables and processes.
- Independent problemâsolver who can take ownership of specific deliverables and drive progress where detailed stepâbyâstep instructions don't exist.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; can convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build strong relationships across global teams and different organizational functions.
- Analytical, with a structured, dataâdriven approach to decisionâmaking.
- Comfort working in a fastâmoving logistics environment and adapting to evolving priorities.

- Understands data and software management processes; can interface with IT and data science teams.
- Understanding of GMP, GDP, and the pharma development life cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Extensive proven experience in product management, product marketing, project management, operations management, or a related role; experience with physical products, healthcare, or packaging is a plus.
