Create, maintain, and manage a comprehensive suite of regular reports and interactive dashboards for key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness.

Streamline processes and implement improvements to drive efficiency in reporting and dashboard management.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations) to gather data, maintain data integrity, and support reporting requirements.
Support ad hoc data requests, provide actionable insights, and offer recommendations to stakeholders.
Explain reports and analytical findings in a clear, non-technical manner to enable comprehension and value extraction.

Proficiency in:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets. Proficiency in data manipulation, cleansing, and transformation techniques. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings to stakeholders. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles (internships or relevant projects may be considered). Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation. Familiarity with querying databases using SQL or other programming languages. Exposure to interpreting and analysing large datasets. Demonstrated experience in providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
