Summary of Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to support wave replenishment activities within our warehouse operation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring picking locations remain fully stocked throughout operational shifts, helping to maintain efficient order fulfilment and uninterrupted service. You will play a key role in supporting inventory accuracy, product availability, and the safe flow of goods within a regulated healthcare distribution environment.

Responsibilities

  • Replenish stock to picking locations throughout operational shifts.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure products are available to support order fulfilment.
  • Update warehouse transactions and inventory records accurately.
  • Handle temperature-sensitive products in accordance with required storage conditions.
  • Identify and report damaged, non-conforming, or on-hold stock.
  • Move products safely using approved warehouse equipment and procedures.
  • Prepare stock and packaging materials to support outbound operations.
  • Escalate inventory discrepancies and stock-related issues promptly.

  • Understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) principles.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • Experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred. Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping. Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements. Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials. Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations. Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements. Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools. Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions. Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs. Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action. Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities. Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
