The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will be responsible for the administrative and operational functions related to the company’s EMEA/APAC deferred compensation and equity award programs. Programs include: fund deferral (supporting UCITs), Restricted Stock Awards, Restricted Stock Units, Non-qualified stock options, Performance Share Units, Performance Cash Units, Substained Growth Awards, Deferred Share Units and Deferred Stock options.
How you'll spend your time:
- Perform annual vesting and distribution events by partnering with vendor, compensation, payroll, accounting and transfer agent.
- Respond to inquiries from participants and internal business partners related to taxation, payment status, treatment of outstanding awards upon triggering events, accounting, account balance information, troubleshooting.
- Process non-qualified stock option exercises, working with vendor, payroll and transfer agent.
- Create and update participant communications including plan guides, distribution activity, stock certificates, award acceptance, retirement attestation and plan changes.
- Respond to internal partners on impact analysis for termination events.
- Support regulatory filings for country specific requirements.
- Responsible for compliance and governance of plan operations.
- Support internal audit requests.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer relation skills including ability to develop clear and concise messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word and Access).
If you also had this, it would be great:
- Previous recordkeeping administration experience of deferred compensation and equity plans.
- Understanding of UCITS regulatory framework and administrative application.
- Previous HR and/or Finance experience with exposure to handling and manipulating detailed data.
- Project Management Experience.
- Experience with HR Information Systems.
