Responsibilities
- Managing the rebates and MI oversight team ensuring work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supporting all team members and ensuring efficient time management of all daily, monthly and quarterly tasks.
- Monitoring group inboxes.
- Authorising reconciliations, payments and accruals.
- Approving system updates.
- Managing relationships with internal and external clients.
- Answering ad hoc client queries.
- Taking the lead on all MI and Rebate issues.
- Providing MI on rebates and revenues.
- Authorising rebate agreements between the client and the legal entity.
- Maintaining and updating Data Cube for Rebates & MI.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients, administrators, and all areas of Columbia Threadneedle Investments.
- MI reporting and flow analysis of fund analysis, ensuring Third Party data is integrated where available.
- Providing AUM and flow stats for RFPs.
- Supporting the Head of Rebates with projects and team management.
Qualifications
- Rebate knowledge and understanding.
- Third party administrator experience.
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs should be second nature).
- Excellent communication skills with clients and all areas of business.
- Understanding of basic accountancy procedures.
- Attention to detail.
- Numerate.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Self-starter.
- Asset Management Experience.
