Where you\’ll fit in & what our team goals are…

Your role will focus on accurately maintaining all aspects of the sales ledger including recording of accruals and sales invoices.

You will be required to effectively cooperate with the client relationship team and obtain information for invoicing process.

How you\’ll spend your time…

  • Preparing and issuing invoices to portfolio of institutional clients in respect of various fees on a monthly and quarterly basis, using Revport sales ledger system.
  • Cooperating with client relationship team and obtaining supporting information for invoicing including source data, backups and approvals.
  • Assisting in month-end accounts process by preparing and posting income accruals on a monthly basis
  • Reviewing debtors\’ ledger monthly and take action as necessary in respect of aged trade debtors.
  • Completing a monthly review of Revenue to ensure completeness and accuracy of income and to contribute variance analysis to monthly Finance Report
  • Assisting in the completion of year-end financial statements, including liaising with the Group auditors and preparing financial statements disclosures.
  • Identifying of CASS Client Money positions and resolution if necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with SOX and ISAE controls relevant to Revenue team.

To be successful in this role you will have…

  • Experience within Finance Industry preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience of working as part of a team

  • Experience of identifying efficiencies/automation opportunities for the tasks the team is responsible for.
  • Knowledge/experience of computerised accounting systems (ideally Workday accounting system)
  • Knowledge/experience of initiating appropriate nominal ledger posting
  • Knowledge of AI/automation type tools (Alteryx, OCR and RPA)
  • Exposure to multi-entity & multi-currency environments.
