Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a skilled solicitor to join our Legal Affairs team in London. You will support the Senior Institutional Business Lawyer delivering legal advice to the Institutional business across EMEA, with a focus on Investment Management Agreements and related contracts. In this in-house role, you will coordinate external counsel, advise on UK and EU regulatory matters, and help draft policies, endorsements and intra-group agreements, while balancing risk.
