Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking an Employment Law Paralegal to join our Global Employment Law Team in London. You will support HR and senior stakeholders across the employment life cycle, advising on HR issues, drafting contracts and policies, and assisting with litigation and regulatory matters in the UK and beyond.
You'll work under experienced employment lawyers, manage a caseload with supervision, and develop exposure to transformation, outsourcing, mergers, and benefits changes.
