Verification and Validation Engineer – Aerospace and Defence
Position with Amerilink International Corp (Quest Global) located in Derby, UK.

Responsibilities

Perform V&V activities for aero gas turbine engines.

Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports.

Conduct system-level and component-level tests.

Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and maintain V&V documentation.

Support electrical unit certification for airworthiness.

Participate in design reviews and project planning activities.

Provide technical support to junior engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in V&V of aero gas turbine engines.

Strong knowledge of gas turbine engine systems and components.

Experience with electrical unit airworthiness certification processes and standards.

Proficiency using V&V tools and software.

Preferred Experience

Model‐based systems engineering (MBSE) and simulation tools.

Knowledge of DO‐178C, DO‐254, ARP‐4754A.

Certification in project management or systems engineering.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Location Requirement
Applicants must be based in the UK (British, EU citizens or UK work permit holders).
