Americold – Helping our customers Feed the World. Here at Americold Whitchurch we are now recruiting for Reach Truck Drivers (Days). As a Reach Truck Driver you’ll be loading and unloading trucks as required and transferring pallets from Loading Bays into relevant rooms and locations. You’ll be receiving and dispatching pallets via Warehouse Management System (WMS) using handheld scanners and following all relevant SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
It is vital that all our staff always adhere to the company HACCP plan around food safety, and it will be expected that as a Reach Truck operator that you familiarize yourself with company standards and procedures. Workplace safety is of paramount importance, and it is your responsibility to adhere to company H&S policies and best practices.
Hourly Rate: £13 - 14 per hour (depending on experience) + £30 per week shift allowance.
Working Hours: 7am - 7pm, 4 on 4 off basis.
Essential Criteria:
- Reach Truck experience (desirable)
- Up to date licence (desirable)
- Good attention to detail
