Responsibilities include managing a swimming pool route that involves cleaning swimming pools each week and overseeing a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks. You will manage the stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool weekly. Responsibilities also include repairing pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, and galvanized plumbing. Knowledge of 110 volt and 220 volt electrical equipment is preferred but not required. You will utilize and replenish inventory of equipment on the truck as needed and use a smartphone for the Pool Ops mobile platform. Spotting opportunities to upgrade equipment or add products to enhance customer experience is also part of the role. Renovation experience such as re-plastering or equivalent (e.g., PebbleTech®), tile replacement/repair, deck texture/seal, and pavers install/repair is preferred but not required.

Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Licensed in one of the following (if applicable): Florida (CPC); Texas (Appliance License); California (D35).
- A high school degree and Certified Pool Operator License preferred.
Bonus Potential: This position has the potential to earn an annual bonus when specific gross revenue goals are met.
Benefits: A company truck will be provided fully stocked with tools and inventory. Paid vacation time is offered after a qualifying period.
