Responsibilities:

  • Lead development team to ensure following Sitecore best practices
  • Mentor new and current developers and help them onboard with the latest technologies used
  • Oversee project throughout delivery lifecycle through: Strategy, Discovery, Development
  • Work with the business team to understand functional requirements and translate that into technical requirements
  • Participate in business development activities such as sales pursuits with prospects, estimate new projects and define scopes
  • Help maintain current continuous integration and continuous delivery for development, QA and live websites
  • Help maintain and set development standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • 6+ years Sitecore experience or 10+ years of .NET experience
  • Sitecore knowledge: Sitecore Templates, API's, SXA, Helix guidelines, Renderings, Sitecore marketing capabilities
  • Understanding of Docker and containers
  • Understanding of Headless development
  • Strong experience with search and indexing technologies, preferably Coveo for Sitecore and Solr
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
  • Experience estimating tasks
  • Experience architecting and implementing end to end customized solutions

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience training other developers
  • DevOps experience, specifically creating CI/CD pipelines; and utilizing tools such as Azure Dev Ops
  • Understanding of Helix design principles
  • Knowledgeable about Sitecore product offerings
  • Understanding of SXA and Sitecore commerce
