Responsibilities:
- Lead development team to ensure following Sitecore best practices
- Mentor new and current developers and help them onboard with the latest technologies used
- Oversee project throughout delivery lifecycle through: Strategy, Discovery, Development
- Work with the business team to understand functional requirements and translate that into technical requirements
- Participate in business development activities such as sales pursuits with prospects, estimate new projects and define scopes
- Help maintain current continuous integration and continuous delivery for development, QA and live websites
- Help maintain and set development standards and best practices
Requirements:
- 6+ years Sitecore experience or 10+ years of .NET experience
- Sitecore knowledge: Sitecore Templates, API's, SXA, Helix guidelines, Renderings, Sitecore marketing capabilities
- Understanding of Docker and containers
- Understanding of Headless development
- Strong experience with search and indexing technologies, preferably Coveo for Sitecore and Solr
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- Experience estimating tasks
- Experience architecting and implementing end to end customized solutions
Preferred Experience:
- Experience training other developers
- DevOps experience, specifically creating CI/CD pipelines; and utilizing tools such as Azure Dev Ops
- Understanding of Helix design principals
- Knowledgeable about Sitecore product offerings
- Understanding of SXA and Sitecore commerce
