We are looking for a talented team member to join our point of sale located at 21 Floral Street Covent Garden WC2E 9DS London and contribute to the development of our brand alongside Maddalena, our Manager, and the team.

- You will deliver a personalized and digital customer experience with the goal of attracting new clients and building loyalty.
2. Be a brand ambassador
- Detail‑oriented, you embody the brand by ensuring your store maintains a flawless appearance and delivering an impeccable customer experience.
- Using our digital tools, you contribute to merchandising by following the guidelines provided by our dedicated team.
3. Support stock management
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from delivery to end‑of‑season returns.
- Organize the stockroom and support inventory processes.
We are looking for two Sales Assistants on 16‑hour contracts. Candidates should be flexible and available to work additional hours during peak business periods.
A first experience in retail would be appreciated.
