As Store Manager, you will drive the store's performance, inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while bringing the American Vintage brand to life every day.
Your Role
As Store Manager, you will
- Deliver an outstanding and personalized customer experience while building long-term customer loyalty.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to achieve store objectives.
- Ensure the store is presented to the highest standards, in line with American Vintage visual merchandising guidelines.
- Oversee stock management, deliveries, replenishment, inventory, and all back-office operations.
- Manage administrative tasks, including recruitment, HR processes, cash management, and digital tools.
- Lead, coach, and develop your team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing environment while sharing the values and DNA of American Vintage.
Your Profile
- Previous experience as a
Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
