LUSH is seeking a Lead Designer for the Gifts category to drive creative development and shape the vision for new collections. You will partner with the Category Lead to create commercially successful ranges and lead cross-functional creative initiatives across gifting, packaging and collaborations.
You will collaborate with global teams, manage partnerships with artists, and present innovative concepts to founders, while ensuring alignment with the brand ethos and Living Wage commitments.
