At Orion Smart Metering, we're proud to partner with some of the biggest names in the gas and energy sector. As we continue to expand across the UK, we're looking for experienced Dual Fuel Engineers to join our growing team.

Pay & Package Options

  • Salary Package: £45,000 per annum
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Company van, fuel card, tools & uniform provided
  • Guaranteed Day Rate Option 1: £200 per day (Paid via Umbrella PAYE, Company van, fuel card, tools & uniform provided)
  • Guaranteed Day Rate Option 2: £275 per day (Paid via Umbrella PAYE, Engineer provides own van & fuel, Tools & uniform provided)
  • CIS Option: £240 per day (Engineer provides own van, fuel & tools, Uniform provided)

Performance Bonus (Available on All Packages)

  • Earn more with our structured bonus scheme:
  • Daily bonus paid after completing 6 points: £50 per point from point 7 onwards
  • 1 point per asset installed (2 points for dual installs)
  • 0.5 point per comms/transactional job
  • Example: Complete 4 dual installs in one day and earn an extra £100 bonus

The Role

  • Install smart gas and electric meters in domestic properties
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
  • Manage your own stock and workload
  • Work collaboratively to achieve KPIs

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 24 months Dual Fuel metering experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
