Are you a Contracts Manager from a Structural/Civil looking to step into a senior role with an established basement contractor offering training on building and pricing basement projects, a performance bonus to boost your income further, full management and ownership of projects and clear progression to CEO/Director level?

This is a growing company specialising in basement construction, working on a diverse portfolio of residential projects in and around London. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for technical excellence, the company offers a dynamic environment with genuine opportunities for progression.

This is a client‑facing role involving regular site visits to assess projects and build strong relationships with clients and homeowners. You will confidently explain technical solutions and clearly present project scope and pricing. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate, well‑structured quotations.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager from the Construction industry who is highly presentable, articulate, and commercially aware, with excellent communication skills, ready to step into a role with real progression to CEO/Director.

The Role

• Site visits building strong relationships with clients
• Prepare accurate tender proposals and explain the quotation
• Training on building basements and pricing projects
• Mon-Fri, from 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Performance bonus scheme – OTE £100,000
