You will have to succeed as a Lead Structural Engineer:
- Chartered status in Structural Engineering.

- Expertise in static and dynamic structural behaviour and engineering mechanics.
- Experience with structural fire design and assessment per industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of producing high-quality proposals, reports, and inspection documents.
- Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, FEA modelling, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of UK construction methods, materials, and contemporary industry practices.
