Are you a Chartered Structural Manager who will lead high‑profile projects, work closely with clients and design teams, influence the growth and direction of the structural division, and progress towards Director level?

Founded over 50 years ago, this established multi‑disciplinary engineering consultancy delivers practical and innovative civil, structural, transport and surveying solutions across residential, commercial, education, science, infrastructure and industrial projects. Working in both the public and private sectors, the team collaborates closely with architects, developers, contractors and local authorities to provide high‑quality engineering expertise from project conception through to completion.

In this role you will lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, science and infrastructure. You will develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities and play a key role in growing the Hertfordshire office. Working closely with clients, architects and contractors you will oversee project delivery, review technical designs, mentor junior engineers and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

This role is suitable for a Chartered Structural Engineer looking for a senior leadership role where they can lead a team, grow client relationships and progress towards Director level.

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Chartered Engineer status
  • Proven structural engineering experience within a consultancy environment
  • Experience using Tekla and Tedds
  • Commutable to Watford
