Engineering Manager - Stamford (Hybrid Working)

Our client, as a large Construction & Civil Engineering Consultancy are currently looking for an Engineering Manager in the Anglian region, to help to lead Water industry projects across the region, managing projects through full lifecycle, from concept and design through to construction and commissioning, ensuring delivery is completed within scope, budget, and quality standards.
In this role, you will be accountable for inspiring and guiding teams in a collaborative, digital-first environment, coordinating closely with procurement, construction, commissioning teams and client stakeholders.
A strong focus on health and safety is essential, alongside driving continuous improvement and supporting overall business growth.
The successful candidate will have a background in design and build delivery within the water sector, familiarity with NEC3/4 PSC contracts and digital engineering expertise.

Applicable candidate will:
- Be a Degree-qualified Engineer with leadership experience
- Have a track record of delivering complex engineering solutions
- Have experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Have a background in water, wastewater and sludge treatment projects
- Have strong knowledge of design and build project delivery
- Be familiar with NEC3/4 PSC contract administration
- Champion Digital engineering and BIM proficiency
- Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Have a strong focus on health, safety and environmental compliance
- Be able to drive continuous improvement and business growth
