What will you be doing?

  • Leading the delivery of SCADA and RTU-based control systems projects
  • Managing the full project lifecycle from design through to testing and handover
  • Producing and reviewing technical documentation including design specifications and test plans
  • Supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and customer acceptance
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to engineers within the team
  • Working closely with Project Managers to coordinate multiple projects

You’ll be joining a well-established engineering business working across energy, utilities, and other highly regulated industries. They deliver complex control and automation systems and continue to invest in new technologies and long-term capability.

What you'll need:

  • Strong experience with SCADA systems (e.g. Zenon, Panorama, ArchestrA or similar)
  • Background in control and automation systems engineering
  • Experience producing design documentation and test specifications
  • Proven experience leading projects or small teams
  • Understanding of the full engineering project lifecycle
  • Ability to review and check technical work
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
