Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Engineer to join their growing Engineering and R&D team.

R&D Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new repair capabilities and support AP102 capability additions
  • Research and develop repair solutions for Part 21J and Part 21G activities
  • Train and support engineering staff on new products, technologies, and repair processes
  • Plan and prioritise workload to meet departmental and business objectives
  • Design, build, and maintain tooling and test equipment as required
  • Improve tooling management, storage systems, and technical documentation
  • Maintain and develop Aerotrac data, including ATA codes, CMMs, and product groups
  • Work closely with Stores, Workshop, and Quality teams to support capability expansion and compliance requirements
  • Develop procedures and processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

R&D Engineer Working Hours and Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
