The Role
- Carrying out practical trials within the laboratory on a range of plastic and metal components
- Investigating material behaviour, including amplitude and force requirements
- Analysing results and determining feasibility of applications
- Communicating findings clearly to customers via phone and email
- Supporting the sales team with technical insight and application knowledge
- Visiting customer sites across the UK & Ireland (as required)
- Assisting with machine commissioning and delivering customer training over time

- Comfortable working hands‑on in a lab/testing environment
- Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
