We are a Cambridge‑based engineering business focused on developing advanced RF modules and IC products. We aim to solve our customers' toughest challenges and enable them to stay ahead by pushing the boundaries of RF design.
Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed RF design, development, and delivery of RF subsystems within a defined system architecture.
- Ensure RF designs meet performance, quality, and schedule requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the System Architect and other engineering disciplines.
- Mentor and support team members, providing technical guidance and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in RF Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong hands‑on experience in RF design across relevant frequency ranges.
- Proven experience leading RF technical delivery on complex projects.
- Experience designing, simulating, and validating RF circuits and subsystems (e.g., LNAs, PAs, filters, duplexers).
- Solid understanding of RF theory, measurements, and practical implementation.
- Familiarity with RF simulation and design tools such as ADS, AWR, CST, HFSS.
- Proficient with RF test equipment including VNAs, spectrum analysers, signal generators, and power meters.
Salary & Benefits: £80,000 to £100,000, plus standard benefits.
