Responsibilities
- Lead and co‑lead a team of 15 structural design staff on established projects.
- Run project jobs, manage staff, client relationships, and project delivery.
- Prepare and submit fee bids and support business growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure designs are builtable.
Qualifications
- Experienced structural engineer, ideally Chartered (MICE or MIStructE).
- Strong knowledge of mainstream building structures across all main materials.
- Technically excellent, commercially astute, and able to manage staff and clients.
- Previous involvement in project delivery and fee bidding.
