An established, high-volume UK residential developer is looking to appoint an Engineer to join its Technical team in Buckinghamshire.

The role: You'll support the Technical Director and wider team in the delivery of multiple residential developments, ensuring all engineering information is accurate, commercially viable, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate engineering information between consultants and internal teams
  • Review drawings and technical details for accuracy and buildability
  • Secure technical approvals for S38 and S104 agreements
  • Liaise with local authorities, highways, and drainage departments
  • Support statutory approvals and engineering design submissions
  • Attend site visits and design meetings to resolve technical issues
  • Provide ongoing engineering support to site teams

About You

  • Background in a PLC housebuilder or civil engineering/highways environment
  • Experience with S38 and S104 approvals is essential
  • HNC/HND or degree in Engineering/Construction-related discipline
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • AutoCAD experience desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
