Our client is a growing civil engineering consultancy based in Belfast. They are looking to add to their team with a graduate civil engineer who is keen to begin their career to address the amount of work they have on. The company offers diverse experience, supported by very experienced managers who have worked across various sectors of civil engineering and can pass down their knowledge. They are also interested in supporting you on your journey towards chartership. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career with a company that embraces hybrid working.
You will be given a market competitive salary based upon ability and can join a growing business that is expanding its client base and future work book having identified a niche in the market with few current competitors.
Duties:- As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be working in an established team to ensure that construction programs and schedules are created and maintained.
- You will be looking at designs and identifying clashes while liaising and working closely with your line manager.
- You will learn how to create method statements and plans, and your development and training will be monitored, with further duties and responsibilities assigned as you are ready.
- You should hold a civil engineering degree or equivalent.
- You must hold a UK drivers licence.
- Ideally, some on-site based or in-industry experience will have been gained during your studies.
- A CSCS card would be beneficial but not essential.
