What will you be doing?
- Leading the delivery of SCADA and RTU-based control systems projects
- Managing the full project lifecycle from design through to testing and handover
- Producing and reviewing technical documentation including design specifications and test plans
- Supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and customer acceptance
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to engineers within the team
- Working closely with Project Managers to coordinate multiple projects

You’ll be joining a well-established engineering business working across energy, utilities, and other highly regulated industries. They deliver complex control and automation systems and continue to invest in new technologies and long-term capability.
What you'll need:
- Strong experience with SCADA systems (e.g. Zenon, Panorama, ArchestrA or similar)
- Background in control and automation systems engineering
- Experience producing design documentation and test specifications
- Proven experience leading projects or small teams
- Understanding of the full engineering project lifecycle
- Ability to review and check technical work
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
