As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will lead drainage‑led infrastructure designs, prepare Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies, and support sustainable development projects across residential, commercial and mixed‑use sectors. The Senior Civil Engineer will play a key role in technical delivery and client coordination, supporting junior engineers while maintaining quality and programme control. This position offers clear progression and increased responsibility within a supportive and technically strong team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design and delivery of drainage and infrastructure schemes
- Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies
- Deliver S104, S38 and S278 technical approvals
- Produce designs using AutoCAD and MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage
- Coordinate with clients, local authorities and internal teams
- Support and mentor junior engineers
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
- Strong UK consultancy experience in drainage and infrastructure
- Confident delivering FRAs, drainage strategies and approvals
- Experience managing projects and client relationships
- Working towards Chartership or already Chartered
