We have an opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer with a well‑established and highly respected multidisciplinary engineering consultancy located in Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take on an autonomous, client‑facing role within a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment.
This position offers the chance to work within a close‑knit, technically strong structural team delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, and education. The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery from concept through to completion, liaising directly with clients, architects and contractors. You will lead projects, mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continued growth of the Ashford office while gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenging and rewarding schemes.

- Chartered engineer status with the IStructE/ICE (or actively working towards) is highly desirable.
