We're looking for a talented Design Management Engineer to join a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure business at an exciting time of growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Support design and build tender activity, developing cost-effective engineering solutions, and managing the design process from inception through delivery.
  • Collaborate with consulting engineers and engage with Public Utilities, Local Authorities, and statutory bodies to ensure that decisions have a direct impact on project success and the company’s performance.
  • Work with a team where around 70% of the engineering workforce are Chartered, contributing to high professional standards and technical excellence.
  • Contribute to projects including windfarms, battery energy storage facilities, substations and associated civils works within the context of the company’s broader commitment to civil infrastructure and the UK energy transition.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a BEng or MEng, ideally approaching Chartered status, and will be based primarily at an office near Inverness with site work as needed.
