Type: Contract Location: South East Rate : Dependant on Experience I am looking for a civil earthworks examinations engineer with a good engineering background, to deliver surveys on rail sites across the South East of England.
Role
You will have previous experience working in a similar role within a rail engineering environment. This role would suit a rail geotechnical surveyor.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Completion of Examinations in line with NR_L3_CIV_065
- Work to oversee asset documents.
- Assist with engineering design and plans as required
- Attend engineering reviews as required for allocated works.
Essential requirements:
- Engineering background
- Rail experience on surveying works
- Level 3 Competency in Network Rail's 'Soil Slope Examinations' (GEO-I-S) and Rock 'Slope Examinations' (GEO-I-R).
- PTS, COSS or IWA
