The Company
We are working with a well-established, dynamic business that manufactures and supplies geosynthetic solutions for civil engineering projects across the UK.

The Role
Working directly within the engineering department under the guidance of Senior and Principal Engineers, you will work on a wide variety of civil and geotechnical projects.
You will receive structured training, learning how to take complex engineering challenges and turn them into practical, real-world solutions.
- Producing geotechnical design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation using Auto CAD.
- Reading technical drawings to interpret client and site requirements.
- Learning to use and update the internal CRM system (A-Cloud) to track project progress.
- Communicating directly with consultant engineers, architects, and civil contractors to discuss designs and recommend technical solutions.
- Building your technical capabilities with structured support as you work towards full professional chartership.
- The Individual
We are looking for enthusiastic grads who are eager to learn and keen to build a long-term career in geotechnical engineering. You should have:
- A BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid foundational knowledge of Auto CAD
- Strong organizational skills and the motivation to manage your own workload within a team setting.
- Clear communication skills for speaking with clients and external engineers.
- 1-2 years of placement or post-grad engineering experience is beneficial, but not essential.
- You must have, or be able to obtain, the right to work in the UK. We are not currently a licensed visa sponsor.
