BAM is seeking a UK Geotechnical Manager to lead geotechnical operations across the UK from Kilsyth, Godstone or Nailsea, with frequent client/site visits. You will grow a high-performing regional team, drive safe and profitable schemes, and coordinate bids, tenders and delivery with senior leadership.
The role requires Chartered Engineer/Geologist status or equivalent, strong client management, and proven experience in major geotechnical projects. Travel across the UK is expected.
