As a Principal Project Director, you will play a central role within a close‑knit Glasgow civils team, leading the delivery of development infrastructure projects across industrial, commercial, residential and education sectors. The business operates with a strong office‑based culture, encouraging collaboration, design quality and team engagement. The Principal Project Director will take responsibility for leading projects end to end, managing client relationships and supporting the ongoing development of the team. This role suits someone who combines strong technical leadership with commercial awareness and enjoys working within a visible, hands‑on leadership position.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of development infrastructure projects from concept through to construction
  • Oversee roads, drainage and earthworks design across multiple schemes
