The role
You’ll play a key part in how projects are planned, sequenced, and delivered – working alongside experienced planners and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining project programmes using planning software
- Tracking progress and reflecting real-time site activity in programmes
- Identifying risks, delays, and opportunities to improve delivery
- Collaborating with engineers, site teams, and project managers
- Supporting both live project planning and tender/bid submissions
- Producing clear programme updates and reports
What you’ll bring
- Background in civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction
- 3-5 years’ experience in a site-based role (Site Engineer or similar)
- Strong understanding of how projects are actually delivered on site
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (planning software training provided)
