Job Overview

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Building Surveying team in Manchester and contribute to UK‑wide technical services growth.
  • Lead and manage a varied portfolio of professional surveying assignments and complex client projects.
  • Oversee delivery of high‑quality surveying, reporting, contract administration, defect analysis, dilapidations, and other building consultancy services.
