Senior Structural Engineer

Cheadle (Hybrid working)

We are recruiting a senior structural engineer for a boutique civil structural engineering consultancy with a diverse pipeline of building projects across sectors, including commercial, residential, multi‑use accommodation, health, education, and industrial.

Features of the role: Salary c£50k‑60k + package, pension, private health, bonus, training and progression, hybrid working.

About you and the role

  • You will be a structural engineer with 5‑10 years buildings design experience across diverse sectors and materials (steel, concrete, masonry, timber, etc).
  • A proven track record in structural design on medium and large projects (refurbs, extensions, new build) with the ability to lead and manage projects.
  • Proficient in the use of software such as TSD, Tedds, Etabs.
  • Mentor/lead more junior engineers.
  • Manage projects/clients.
  • Ideally chartered or near chartered (or at least drive to become chartered).
  • Very generous salary and package depending on experience with excellent training and progression opportunity.
